The much talked and much awaited lens for Sony Mirrorless is finally in Amazon stores. As expected, the lens will sell fast and pre-orders are throug the roof.

Right now, you can score the lens in Amazon. It is probably out of stock now but you can order in advance again and be in the waiting list. UPDATE. It is out of stock in a matter of 3 days.

The lens has been trending in camera groups in social media and a lot of Sony users are excited to own one. Tamron 17-28 has been getting a lot of positive reviews from critics and professionals prior to the release of the lens.

Feedbacks On Tamron 17 – 28

It offers very good/excellent performances at 2,5 times less the price of the Sony FE 16-35 mm F2.8 GM

Bokeh and color rendition are very good and similar to the 16-35 GM
Sharpness is very good to excellent and similar to the 16-35GM. The Sony 16-35mm is however better at 24/28mm at F2.8 in the corners (only visible on 42 / 61 Mpix )
